Abstract

The authors discuss the importance of the meta-psychological competences’ growth as a way for development of personal resource. Meta-competences are considered to be structural components of individual’ skills that help person to adapt effectively to the external environment and also be able to exercise self-control. The conclusion is that the orientation of education to the development of meta-competencies makes it possible for a person to develop as a highly-skilled specialist. The program for creating psychological schools aimed to developing meta-competences and obtaining professionally important skills that would contribute to individual’s professional growth is proposed in the article. The idea that, depending on the current situation, it is possible to form schools of various psychological concepts is also advanced. For this research were used such concepts as reflection, creativity, empathy and authenticity.
